เงื่อนไขกิจกรรม

1. กิจกรรม Bitkub Fee Credits Festival (“กิจกรรม”) นี้ จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จํากัด (“บริษัทฯ”)

2. กิจกรรมนี้ เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 มกราคม 2566 ถึง 15 พฤษภาคม 2566 เวลา 23:59 น.

3. ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม จะต้องเป็นลูกค้าที่มีบัญชี Bitkub Exchange และผ่านการยืนยันตัวตน ระดับที่ 1 ขึ้นไป ก่อนวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2566 และมีสถานะไม่ได้ใช้งานบิทคับมากกว่า 90 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2564–31 ธันวาคม 2565

4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์สำหรับผู้ที่ร่วมกิจกรรม Bitkub Fee Credits Festival ในระหว่างวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2566 ถึง 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 แล้ว จะไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้

5. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์มผ่านลิงก์ https://forms.gle/nwUfnex6J1zYpnMj7 นี้ เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์รับ Fee Credits ใช้แลกเป็นค่าธรรมเนียมในการเทรด มูลค่า 100 บาท *จํากัด 35,000 สิทธิ์แรก โดยจะยึดจากข้อมูลตาม Timestamp ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกรอกแบบฟอร์มสำเร็จ

6. ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล คือผู้ที่ทำถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรมอย่างครบถ้วน จำนวน 35,000 สิทธิ์แรก โดยจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันจากบิทคับ ภายใน 30 วันทำการ หลังจบระยะเวลากิจกรรม วันที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2566

7. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การแจกของรางวัล 1 รางวัล ต่อ 1 บัญชีบิทคับ

8. ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล สามารถนําโค้ดที่ได้รับจากอีเมลบิทคับ ใช้แลกรับสิทธิ์ค่าธรรมเนียมได้ที่เว็บไซต์ https://www.bitkub.com/redemption เท่านั้น

9. โค้ดค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรด Fee Credits มูลค่า 100 บาท สามารถใช้แลกรับได้ภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2566 เวลา 23:59 น. เท่านั้น

10. โค้ดค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรด Fee Credits มูลค่า 100 บาท มีอายุการใช้งาน 60 วัน หลังจากที่เครดิตเข้าบัญชี

11. โค้ดค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรด Fee Credits มูลค่า 100 บาท ผู้ลงทุนสามารถใช้จ่ายเป็นค่าคอมมิชชันในการซื้อขายเหรียญบนแพลตฟอร์ม Bitkub Exchange

12. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การใช้งาน 1 โค้ด สามารถใช้ได้ 1 ครั้ง ต่อ 1 บัญชี

13. โค้ดสามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะการเทรด (ซื้อ-ขาย) เหรียญบนแพลตฟอร์ม Bitkub Exchange เท่านั้น

14. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม จะต้องศึกษา ทําความเข้าใจ และผ่านการอบรมความรู้ เกี่ยวกับคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีเบื้องต้น จากลิงก์ที่แนบไว้ในแบบฟอร์ม

15. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

16. หากผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่ให้ความยินยอมในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล ทางบริษัทฯ จะไม่ดำเนินการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ ในการร่วมกิจกรรม โดยจะถือว่าผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมปฏิเสธที่จะรับของรางวัลในกิจกรรมนี้

17. ทางบริษัทฯ จะดําเนินการลบข้อมูลของลูกค้าที่กรอกฟอร์มทั้งหมด ภายใน 90 วันหลังจากจบระยะเวลากิจกรรม

18. บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จํากัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขกิจกรรม โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 3 วันทำการ

Terms and Conditions

1.The Bitkub Fee Credits Festival (“activity”) is organized by Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (“company”).

2.The activity period starts from 20 January 2023 until 15 May 2023, at 23:59 (GMT+7)

3.Participants eligible for this activity must be Bitkub Exchange customers who have passed fully verified (KYC1) before 1 January 2023 and have an inactive status more than 90 days from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2022.

4.The company reserves the right to the participants who participated in this activity during 20 January 2023–28 February 2023, can not get the reward.

5.Participants must fill this form https://forms.gle/nwUfnex6J1zYpnMj7 to register get Fee Credits 100 THB *Limited to the first 35,000 participants and will be selected from those who fulfill these conditions and fill out the provided form.

6.Eligible participants are the first 35,000 users that comply with the above mentioned conditions and will receive a confirmation email from Bitkub within 30 business days after the end of the campaign period; 15 May 2023 onwards.

7.The company reserve the right to reward 1 prize per 1 Bitkub Exchange account.

8.Eligible participants are able to redeem Fee Credits code by website: https://www.bitkub.com/redemption only.

9.Fee Credits code 100 THB able to redeem within 30 June 2023, at 23:59 (GMT+7)

10.Fee Credits code 100 THB is valid for 60 days after being credited to the Bitkub Exchange account.

11.Eligible participants are able to redeem Fee Credits Code 100 THB pay as commissions for trading on the Bitkub Exchange platform.

12.The company reserve the right to reward 1 code able to redeem 1 time per 1 Bitkub Exchange account.

13.Fee Credits code can be used for trade (buy-sell) coins on the Bitkub Exchange platform only.

14.The eligible participants are required to learn, understand and pass the knowledge training about cryptocurrency from the link provided by the company.

15.Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or other campaign rewards and the benefits from this activity cannot be transferred to other persons.

16.If the participants do not give consent to access the information, the company will not verify the information and will be deemed that the participant refuses to accept the prize.

17.The company will remove the customer’s information who fill out the form within 90 days after the end of the campaign period.

18.The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the campaign and will notify customers 3 working days in advance.
