เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด

1. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแจกเสื้อ 1 ตัวต่อ 1 บัญชีให้กับลูกค้าที่มีบัญชี Bitkub และเป็นผู้ที่ยังไม่เคยได้รับเสื้อในกิจกรรมแจกเสื้อรอบที่ผ่านมาทั้งหมด

2. ผู้ที่เคยได้รับเสื้อจากบิทคับมาก่อนแล้ว จะไม่สามารถลงทะเบียนรับสิทธิ์ในกิจกรรมครั้งนี้

*ทางทีมจะมีการดำเนินการตรวจสอบเพิ่มข้อมูลเติม

3. ลูกค้าสามารถกรอกที่อยู่จัดส่ง เลือกขนาดเสื้อ ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว

*จำนวนไซส์เสื้อแต่ละขนาด ต้องขึ้นอยู่กับความต้องการที่แจ้งข้อมูลเข้ามา

หากเต็มระบบจะปิดรับไซส์นั้น ข้อมูลที่กรอกเข้ามาแล้วจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

*หากข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกการจัดส่ง

4. ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแจกเสื้อครั้งนี้ จะต้องเป็นลูกค้าบิทคับที่ผ่านการยืนยันตัวตนบัญชีของท่าน (บัญชีมีสถานะระดับที่ 1 เป็นต้นไป) เรียบร้อยแล้ว ภายในวันที่ 2 มีนาคม 2565 และมีสินทรัพย์ (เงินบาทหรือเหรียญ) อยู่ในกระเป๋า Bitkub ณ ช่วงเวลากิจกรรม จนกว่าสินค้าจะหมด

*จำกัดจำนวนเสื้อทั้งหมด 33,333 ตัว

5. ปิดลงทะเบียนกรอกฟอร์มรับเสื้อภายในวันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2565 เวลา 23:59 น.

6. ทางเราจะจัดส่งให้ลูกค้าภายใน 60 วัน หลังจากวันที่ 6 มีนาคม 2565

7. ท่านสามารถติดตามสินค้าหรือสถานะการจัดส่งได้ ไม่เกินวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2565

โดยหากเกินจากระยะเวลาดังกล่าวจะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ในการรับของรางวัล

8. หากไม่ลงทะเบียนในเวลาที่กำหนดถือว่าสละสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้

9. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลกิจกรรมโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

10. สินค้ามีจำนวนจำกัด *หากสินค้าหมด ทางบริษัทขออนุญาตปิดรับข้อมูลดังกล่าว

11. หากสินค้าที่ลูกค้ากรอกมาหมด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนลายเสื้อ / ให้ของอื่นที่มูลค่าเท่ากันชดเชย โดยที่ไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

To express our gratitude to all of our consumers who have always been with us, we would like to have a giveaway t-shirt for all Bitkub customers who missed out on previous activities!

Campaign Period: 3–5 March 2022

Get a free Crypto Collection giveaway for those who fill out the form within the specified period.

**We reserve the right for customers who have never received a shirt from any activities from Bitkub activities previously.

**Please fill out the information and shipping details as completely and clearly as possible for all customers who would like to participate in the event**

Terms & Conditions

1. We reserve the right to give away one t-shirt per one account to Bitkub customers who have not received t-shirts in any previous giveaway events.

2. Customers who have already gotten a Bitkub t-shirt will be unable to register for this activity. *The team will undertake further verification.

3. Customers can enter their delivery address and shirt size only once. *The number of t-shirt sizes available for each size is determined by the customer’s needs; if the inventory is full, the system will close for that size. Also, the information entered cannot be edited — we reserve the right to cancel delivery of the information is incorrect.

4. Customers who are eligible to participate in this t-shirt giveaway event must be a Bitkub customer who has verified the account identity (account status must be level 1 or higher) before 2 March 2022 and has assets (in baht or currencies) in the Bitkub wallet at the time of the event until the merchandise runs out *Limited to 33,333 t-shirts in total.

5. T-shirt giveaway registration will be closed on 5 March 2022 at 11:59 PM

6. T-shirts will be delivered to customers within 60 days after 6 March 2022.

7. Customers will be able to track the product or delivery status until 30 June 2022. If it goes beyond that time limit, you will forfeit your access to the giveaway reward.

8. If you do not register in the given period, you will be regarded to have waived your right to participate in this activity.

9. We reserve the right to change the activity information without prior notice.

10. *Merchandise quantities are restricted. We request permission to remove such information if the product is out of stock.

11. If the product requested by the customer is out of stock, we reserve the right to change the design of the shirt or substitute another item with equivalent value as compensation without prior notice.
