1.“ลูกค้า Bitkub ทุกคน รับสิทธิ เทรดฟรี 24 ชั่วโมง” จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”)

2.ระยะเวลาและเงื่อนไขการได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกิจกรรมนี้ ดังต่อไปนี้:

สำหรับลูกค้า Bitkub ทุกคน

— เงื่อนไข: สำหรับลูกค้าที่มีบัญชี Bitkub Exchange ทุกคนและผ่านการยืนยันตัวตนระดับที่ 1 ขึ้นไป (KYC1)

— สิทธิประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับ: รับสิทธิเทรดฟรี (ยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรด (Trading Fee)) (“สิทธิยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรด”) เป็นเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 18.00 น. ถึง วันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 21.59 น.

3.สิทธิยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรด เป็นระยะเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง จะคำนวณจากยอดการทำธุรกรรมซื้อและขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลของลูกค้าในช่วงระยะเวลาที่กำหนดตามข้อ 2 โดยบริษัทฯ จะยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรดตามมูลค่าค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรดที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ภายใต้เงื่อนไขและระยะเวลาที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด

4.เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดสำคัญสำหรับการใช้สิทธิยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรด มีดังนี้

4.1. สิทธิยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรดจะนับเฉพาะคำสั่งซื้อขาย (Order) ที่ถูกวางขึ้นใหม่ภายในช่วงระยะเวลากิจกรรมตามข้อ 2 เท่านั้น

4.2 บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่นับรวมคำสั่งซื้อขายที่ถูกวางก่อนเริ่มระยะเวลากิจกรรมตามข้อ 2 แม้ว่าคำสั่งซื้อขายดังกล่าวจะได้รับการจับคู่ (Matched) หรือดำเนินการสำเร็จภายในช่วงระยะเวลากิจกรรมก็ตาม

4.3 บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การให้ KUB Gem สำหรับลูกค้าที่เทรดในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวเนื่องจากเป็นการยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมการเทรด

5.ของรางวัลและสิทธิประโยชน์ตามกิจกรรมนี้ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิให้ผู้อื่นได้

6.บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขกิจกรรม โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทางที่เป็นทางการของบริษัทฯ

Important Terms and Conditions for the Trading Fee Waiver:

1.The “All Bitkub Customers: 24-Hour Free Trading” is organized by Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).

2. Period & Eligibility:

— Eligibility: This privilege is exclusively extended to all Bitkub Exchange account holders who have successfully completed Identity Verification Level 1 (KYC 1) or higher.

— Activity Period: The 24-Hour Free Trading period commences on June 17, 2026, at 10:00 PM and concludes on June 18, 2026, at 9:59 PM.

3.Fee Exemption Criteria: The trading fee exemption applies to the actual trading volume of digital asset buy and sell transactions executed during the 24-hour period specified in Clause 2. The Company will waive the trading fees based on the actual fee amount incurred, subject to the conditions and timeline determined by the Company.

Important Order Conditions:

— New Orders Only: This trading fee exemption applies strictly to new trading orders placed and opened within the active period specified in Clause 2.

— Existing Orders Excluded: The Company reserves the right to exclude existing orders placed prior to the start of the period (even if such orders are matched or successfully executed during the active free trading period).

— The Company reserves the right to withhold KUB Gem rewards for customers trading during the aforementioned period, as trading fees are waived.

5. Non-Transferability: The rewards and benefits under this cannot be exchanged for cash, converted into other types of rewards, or transferred to any other individual or party.

6. Right to Amend: The Company reserves the right to amend, change, or modify these terms and conditions. Any such changes will be notified to users in advance through the Company’s official communication channels.
