Therefore, the Company has the Whistleblowing channel to ensure that the Company has a transparent channel, fair processes, and practices in protecting informants and their confidentiality.

Definition
Whistleblowing refers to a situation where the employees of the Company or a person or a third party wishing to provide information about illegal actions against rules and ethical behaviors that may imply corruption of personnel within the Company.
Scope of Whistleblowing
When in doubt or believe that the personnel of the Company have been dishonest or non-transparent act and there was a violation of the Company's code of conduct as follows:
  • The Company's policies, rules and regulations, article of association, or other rules;
  • Corporate Governance Principles and business ethics;
  • Laws and regulations; or
  • Financial intransparency or financial reports.
Procedures of Whistleblowering
Protection of the whistleblowers
Whistleblowers who acting in good faith will be afforded appropriate protection. The Company will keep their identity and information as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
In the event that disclosure becomes necessary, the Company will exercise due diligence and caution to limit such disclosure to the minimum extent required, with paramount consideration given to the safety and potential harm to the whistleblower.
Fair Consideration and Investigation of Whistleblower Reports
If the complaint-handling unit determines that the whistleblower report contains sufficient grounds or raises reasonable suspicion of corruption, and an investigation is deemed necessary, the Company will appoint an investigative committee. This committee will carefully and prudently evaluate the whistleblower report and/or complaint, ensuring fairness and impartiality for all parties involved.
False Whistleblower Reports
If a whistleblower provides false information, the Company will take appropriate action against the whistleblower in accordance with its procedures, internal regulations, or applicable laws, as deemed appropriate.
