Whistleblowing Policy
Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) is committed to conduct business with integrity, transparence, and social responsibility to all stakeholders. The Company adheres the principles of good corporate governance in establishing business operations guideline and create sustainable organization. Therefore, the Company has announced to use “Whistleblowing Policy" to ensure that the Company has a transparent channel, fair processes, and practices in protecting informants and their confidentiality.
Whistleblowing Definition
Whistleblowing refers to a situation where the employees of the Company or a person or a third party wishing to provide information about illegal actions against rules and ethical behaviors that may imply corruption of personnel within the Company through the specified channels provided by the Company. Employees means employees of Bitkub Online Company Limited or any entities under Bitkub Group including executive and board of directors. A person or third party means any person or stakeholders outside of Bitkub entities.
Scope of Whistleblowing
When in doubt or believe that the personnel of the Company have been dishonest or act in anyway that conflict or in violation of the Company's Code of Conduct as follow.

Protection Scope
Protection and Confidentiality Procedures
The Company will keep the information and details of the complainants at most confidential or may disclose only those involved in the investigation. Any disclosure of information will be proceeded with careful protocol by considering the safety and damage of the whistleblowers or the complainant data source or related persons.
Impartially Determining the Issues
The Company will appoint a committee to investigate the complaints in detail with prudence, caution, and fairness to all parties. If the whistleblowers or those who cooperate in the investigation feel that they may have been insecure or deem to be damaged from the consequence, they can raise concern to the management or the investigative committee or the Risk Committee.
Initiate Appropriate Protection Measures
All reports are subject to appropriate investigation. The issue will be brought to the attention of the Steering Committee to complete the investigating process, assess and screen the information to determine the steps and appropriate measurement, and finalize corrective actions within a reasonable time.
Whistleblower Reporting Channels
Internal Audit Committee will lead information gathering and proceed according to the procedures set by the Company.
