ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข สำหรับกิจกรรมสุขที่ 1

1.สิทธิพิเศษสำหรับลูกค้า Robinhood ที่มีแอปพลิเคชัน Bitkub เมื่อสั่งอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มกับร้านค้าที่ร่วมรายการผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Robinhood ครบยอดขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด ต่อคำสั่งซื้อ (หลังหักค่าจัดส่งและส่วนลดแล้ว) พร้อมเลือก “สั่งครบ 400 บาทขึ้นไป + มีแอป Bitkub” ในช่องโปรโมชั่นร้านค้า รับเลยสินค้าสมนาคุณ (แก้วเก็บความเย็นจาก Bitkub มูลค่า 750 บาท) จำนวน 1 ใบ

2.ลูกค้าจะได้รับสินค้าสมนาคุณ พร้อมกับอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มที่สั่งผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Robinhood ภายในวันที่ 22–31 มกราคม 2565 เท่านั้น

3.ระยะเวลารายการส่งเสริมการขายเฉพาะวันที่ 22–31 มกราคม 2565 เท่านั้น

4.จำกัดสิทธิ์การแจกสินค้าสมนาคุณ 1 ใบต่อบัญชีผู้ใช้ ตลอดระยะเวลารายการส่งเสริมการขาย หรือจนกว่าแก้วเก็บความเย็น Bitkub จะหมด

5.สินค้าสมนาคุณมีจำนวนจำกัดทั้งหมด 800 ใบ (ร้านค้าที่ร่วมรายการทั้ง 11 ร้านค้า จะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการแจกแก้วเก็บความเย็น Bitkub เฉลี่ยร้านละ 72 ใบ) ตลอดระยะเวลาการส่งเสริมการขาย ทั้งนี้ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแจกสินค้าสมนาคุณให้แก่ลูกค้าที่เข้าเงื่อนไขก่อนตามลำดับ

6.รายละเอียดร้านค้าที่ร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้และยอดขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด 400 บาทขึ้นไป ต่อคำสั่งซื้อ

7.สินค้าสมนาคุณนี้ไม่สามารถโอน เปลี่ยน แลก หรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้

8.Robinhood ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการงดแจกสินค้าสมนาคุณ หากการทำรายการสั่งอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด และในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทให้ถือคำตัดสินของ Robinhood เป็นที่สุด

9.Robinhood ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข ข้อกำหนด รายละเอียด สิทธิประโยชน์ และยกเลิกรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 7 วันก่อนการมีผลบังคับใช้ เว้นแต่มีเหตุจำเป็นที่ไม่อาจแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าได้ และในกรณีมีข้อพิพาทให้ถือคำตัดสินของ Robinhood เป็นที่สุด

10.การให้บริการ Food Delivery Platform ให้บริการโดยบริษัท Purple Ventures ในกลุ่มธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข สำหรับกิจกรรมสุขที่ 2

1. สิทธิพิเศษนี้สำหรับลูกค้าที่มี แอปพลิเคชัน Robinhood และ แอปพลิเคชัน Bitkub เท่านั้น

2. ประกาศผลรางวัลผ่านทาง Bitkub Facebook Page ในวันที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565 เวลา 17:00 น.

3. ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลจากการประกาศผ่านทาง Bitkub Facebook Page ท่านสามารถติดต่อผ่านช่องทาง Messenger Facebook @bitkubofficial ได้ทันที (โดยทางบริษัทฯจะขอข้อมูลเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ ชื่อ-สกุล, ที่อยู่, เบอร์โทรศัพท์ สำหรับการจัดส่งของรางวัล)

4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงกติกา เงื่อนไข รวมถึงข้อกำหนดในกิจรรมนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

5. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการส่งของรางวัล 1 ท่าน ต่อ 1 รางวัลเท่านั้นตลอดกิจกรรมนี้ และ ผู้โชคดีต้องติดต่อรับของภายใน 14 วันทำการ นับจากวันประกาศผลรางวัล หรือระยะเวลาขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทของรางวัล

6. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

7. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหาย ของสินค้าหรือของรางวัลหากชำรุดเมื่อได้รับของรางวัลไปแล้ว หรือเกิดความเสียหายหรือสูญหายระหว่างขนส่ง หรือสิ่งใด ๆ ไม่ว่าทางแพ่ง หรือทางอาญา

8. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์อย่างเด็ดขาดในการพิมพ์และ/หรือเผยแพร่รายชื่อ รูปถ่าย ของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อการโฆษณา และประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกิจทั้งในปัจจุบันและ/หรือในอนาคต

9. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมต้องทำตามเงื่อนไข และกติกาเท่านั้นถึงจะมีสิทธิ์ได้รับของรางวัล โดยผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ได้ศึกษาและยอมรับกติกาและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

10. หากบริษัทฯ ตรวจพบว่ามีการทุจริตเกิดขึ้น หรือผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่ปฏิบัติตามกติกาของกิจกรรมไม่ว่าในกรณีใด ๆ บริษัทฯ จะตัดสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Robinhood’s customers with Bitkub account who order food or beverage with the listed 11 shops at stated minimum cost or more will get a Crypto-design Tumbler! Limited for the first 800 customers only!

Terms and Conditions for Activity 1

1.Exclusive for Robinhood customers who also have Bitkub application, when ordering food or beverage via Robinhood with the minimum stated cost per order (after including the code and other forms of discount), and write “I have Bitkub app” in the note section, will get 1 Tumbler from Bitkub (Tumbler is 750 baht in price).

2.Customer can receive the rewards if ordering food or beverage via Robinhood application within 22–31 January 2022 only.

3.This promotional activity is available 22–31 January 2022 only.

4.The reward is reserved as 1 tumbler per 1 account and is available within the campaign period or until the tumbler is out of stock.

5.There are 8,000 reward tumblers in total (there are 11 listed shops, each shop will hold 72 tumblers each) and are available within the campaign period. The reward distribution will be in orderly fashion.

6.To participate in the promotional activity, customers must order at least 400 baht per one order with the 11 listed shops only.

7.The reward cannot be changed to cash or other forms of reward.

8.Robinhood reserves the right to exclude the reward if the order is not within terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Robinhood’s decision is considered final.

9.Robinhood reserves the right to change the activity information with 7 dayst prior notice. In case of emergency, the company reserves the right to change the activity information without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Robinhood’s decision is considered final.

Terms and Conditions for Activity 2

1.This activity is reserved for customers who have both Bitkub and Robinhood applications only

2.Activity winners will be announced on Bitkub Facebook Page on 7 February 2022, 17:00

3. Activity winners must contact Bitkub via Messenger Facebook @bitkubofficial. (The company will request for your name-surname, delivery address, and phone number only.)

4. The company reserves the right to mend Terms and Conditions of the activities without prior notices.

5. The reward is reserved as 1 reward per 1 account only. The winner must contact us within 14 days after the announcement or depending the type of rewards

6.The reward cannot be changed to cash or other forms of reward, and the benefits from this campaign cannot be transferred to other persons.

7.Participants are unable to sue or request compensation if any loss or damage occurs after receiving the reward, including other forms of problems that are out of the company’s control, or damage during the delivery.

8. .Participants agree to allow the company full right to publish the name and picture of participants for advertisement purposes, including both present and future.

9.Customers who are eligible to receive rewards must be and comply as stated above. Customers who participate in this campaign are considered acknowledged and agreed with these terms and conditions.

10.In case the customer cheats or does any kind of fraud, the company will exclude the customer in question from receiving the reward without prior notice.
