Meet Bitkub’s Production’s Team — Phorn

Phorn developed an interest for blockchain technology prior of being already an active crypto trader when joining bitkub. With her past experience as a business analyst, she makes sure that our products remain competitive with the market landscape and constantly iterate with the teams on different ways to improve our customer’s usage experiences.

Meet Ms. Piyaporn Ruangsa (Phorn), the product planner at bitkub. Phorn completed her Bachelor of Statistics from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok.

Ms. Piyaporn started her professional career in a start-up in 2011 called KINOF Innovative providing IT solutions. There, she undertook the role of a business analyst for 3 consecutive years before starting her journey at bitkub in March 2018. While working at KINOF, it was mister Passakorn, bitkub CTO, that invited Ms. Piyaporn to join Bitkub.

At bitkub, she manages all software and IT projects from the teams. From assessing the product idea and overseeing it through until the product makes its way to our end users. This includes task assignment, task execution on a timely manner, and most important of all she oversees the product testing of the user experience when interacting with bitkub multiple online platforms. Her valuable contribution on this aspect of bitkub is crucial as good product testing allows us to increase customer satisfaction, improve our UX experience and to control our development cost. A few of the most important projects that she worked on at bitkub are the coin testing before launch, fee credits attribution to our loyal customers, and bank cash-in, cash-out systems integration. Ms. Piyaporn enjoy working at bitkub, saying that bitkub offers her a flexible working time, free lunch and she is surprised by international and open-minded work environment . Beside her time at bitkub, Ms piyaporn loves to read fantasy books and watching action series.
