1.กิจกรรม “ย้ายมาฝากกับ Bitkub รับเหรียญ TRON” จำนวน 80 TRX (“กิจกรรม”) นี้ จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”)

2.กิจกรรมนี้ เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2565 – 15 กันยายน 2565 นี้ เวลา 23:59 น.

3.ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้จะต้องเป็นลูกค้าบิทคับ ที่มีสถานะบัญชี KYC1 ก่อนวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2565 หรือเป็นลูกค้าบิทคับ ที่ยังไม่ได้ยืนยันตัวตน (KYC0) โดยจะต้องดำเนินการยืนยันตัวตน เป็นสถานะบัญชี KYC1 ภายในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2565 — 15 กันยายน 2565 เท่านั้น

4.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม จะต้องฝากเงินที่บิทคับ ขั้นต่ำ 500 บาท และกรอกที่แบบฟอร์ม https://forms.gle/Akwb9NQcekgirXPo6 นี้เท่านั้น โดยทางบริษัทฯจะทำการแอร์ดรอปเหรียญ TRX (TRON) ให้ไม่เกิน 60 วันทำการ หลังสิ้นสุดกิจกรรม *จำกัดจำนวน 500 สิทธิ์ตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม

5.ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องมีสถานะบัญชีเป็น KYC1 ขึ้นไป (ที่มีการยืนยันตัวตนเรียบร้อยแล้ว)

6.ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล คือผู้ที่ทำตามกติกาด้านบนถูกต้องอย่างครบถ้วน จำนวน 500 ท่านแรก

7.หากท่านตรงตามเงื่อนไขกิจกรรม ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันจากบิทคับ

8.ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแจกของรางวัล 1 รางวัล ต่อ 1 ท่าน ต่อ 1 บัญชีบิทคับ

9.ทางบริษัทฯจะทำการโอนเหรียญไปยังกระเป๋าของผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ที่ทำตรงตามเงื่อนไขภายใน 60 วันทำการ หลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลากิจกรรม 15 กันยายน 2565

10.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม จะต้องศึกษา ทำความเข้าใจ และผ่านการอบรมความรู้ เกี่ยวกับคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีเบื้องต้น จากลิงก์ที่แนบไว้ในแบบฟอร์ม

11.ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

12.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหาย ของสินค้าหรือของรางวัลหากชำรุดเมื่อได้รับของรางวัลไปแล้ว หรือเกิดความเสียหายหรือสูญหายระหว่างขนส่ง หรือสิ่งใด ๆ ไม่ว่าทางแพ่ง หรือทางอาญา

13.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์อย่างเด็ดขาดในการพิมพ์และ/หรือเผยแพร่รายชื่อ รูปถ่าย ของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อการโฆษณา และประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกิจทั้งในปัจจุบันและ/หรือในอนาคต

14.กิจกรรมนี้อาจมีการสิ้นสุดลงก่อนระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หากมีคำสั่งหรือหลักเกณฑ์จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ที่ทำให้กิจกรรมนี้ ไม่สามารถดำเนินการต่อไปได้

15.การตัดสินของบริษัทฯถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดโดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ

16.บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขกิจกรรมโดยไม่จําเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

2.The activity period starts from 8 August 2022 until 15 September 2022, at 23:59 (GMT+7)

3.Participants eligible for this activity must be Bitkub Exchange customers with a fully verified (KYC1) Bitkub Exchange account before 8 August, 2022 or must be a Bitkub Exchange customer with a KYC0 account that fully verifies their identity as a KYC1 account within the period of 8 August 2022–15 September 2022.

4.Eligible participants must deposit at least 500 Thai baht and fill out this form: https://forms.gle/Akwb9NQcekgirXPo6 After confirmation, the company will airdrop TRX (TRON) to the customer’s wallet within 60 working days after the activity ending date. *The rewards are limited to the first eligible 500 customers throughout the activity.

5.Eligible participants must have a fully verified Bitkub account (KYC1).

6.Eligible participants must comply with the rules and regulations for the limited amount of reward for 500 participants.

7.A confirmation email will be sent to the eligible participants when rules and regulations are met.

8.The company reserves the right to reward 1 prize per 1 user, per 1 Bitkub account.

9.The company will transfer the TRX reward to the eligible winners’ wallet addresses within 60 business days after the end of the campaign period; 15 September 2022.

11.Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or other campaign rewards and the benefits from this activity cannot be transferred to other persons.
