เงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
1. สมัครเปิดบัญชีกับบิทคับที่ Bitkub Investment Centre สาขา สีลม โดยต้องทำการสมัคร ดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชัน Bitkub และกรอกแบบฟอร์มลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
2. หลังจากทำตามขั้นตอนด้านบนครบถ้วน ทางเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำสาขา จะมอบบัตรเข้าชมแมตช์การแข่งขันฟุตบอลไทยชั่วคราวให้กับลูกค้า โดยให้ลูกค้าเก็บบัตรนี้ไว้เพื่อใช้ในวันรับชมการแข่งขัน
*กรณีที่ลูกค้าทำบัตรสูญหาย ทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ชดเชยหรือทดแทนบัตรใหม่ให้ในทุกกรณี
3. เมื่อถึงวันแข่งขัน ให้ลูกค้านำบัตรชั่วคราวที่ได้รับจาก Bitkub พร้อมบัตรประชาชน ยื่นให้พนักงานหน้าสนาม เพื่อทำการรับบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันตัวจริงหน้างาน
**จำกัดจำนวน 250 สิทธิ์เท่านั้นตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล
1. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทุกท่านมีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัลตามข้อกำหนดเงื่อนไข
2. สำหรับผู้ได้รับรางวัลทุกท่าน กรุณาเก็บบัตรที่ได้รับจาก Bitkub ไว้เพื่อนำไปแลกรับบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขันตัวจริงหน้างาน ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าทำบัตรสูญหาย ทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ชดเชยหรือทดแทนบัตรใหม่ให้ในทุกกรณี
3. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงกติกา เงื่อนไข รวมถึงข้อกำหนดในกิจรรมนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบของรางวัล 1 ท่าน ต่อ 1 รางวัลเท่านั้นตลอดกิจกรรมนี้
5. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
6. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหาย ของสินค้าหรือของรางวัลหากชำรุดเมื่อได้รับของรางวัลไปแล้ว หรือเกิดความเสียหายหรือสูญหายระหว่างขนส่ง หรือสิ่งใดๆ ไม่ว่าทางแพ่ง หรือทางอาญา
7. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์อย่างเด็ดขาดในการพิมพ์และ/หรือเผยแพร่รายชื่อ รูปถ่าย ของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อการโฆษณา และประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกิจทั้งในปัจจุบันและ/หรือในอนาคต
8. การตัดสินของบริษัทฯถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดโดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใดๆ
9. กิจกรรมนี้จะไม่มีการเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ จากผู้ได้รับรางวัล
10. หากท่านยืนยันการลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้แล้ว เงื่อนไขดังกล่าวจะเป็นไปตามที่กำหนด

Special for customers who purchase any Bitkub merchandises at Bitkub Investment Centre with a total value of more than 390 baht, receive a free seat upgrade to a VIP ticket* valued at 500 baht.

**VIP seats are limited to only 50 tickets throughout the campaign period.
Conditions for participating in the activity
1. To participate in the event, open an account with Bitkub at the Investment Center, download the Bitkub application, and fill out the registration form.
2. After completing the preceding processes, the staff will give you a temporary Thai football match ticket, please keep this ticket for use on the day of the match.
*In the event that the customer loses the ticket, the company reserves the right not to compensate or substitute a new ticket in any case.
3. Please bring the temporary ticket received from Bitkub along with the ID card to give over to the field staff in order to get the genuine ticket in front of the event.

Terms and conditions
1. Every participant has the right to win the reward according to the terms and conditions.
2. Winners from this activity, please preserve the ticket received from Bitkub in order to exchange it for an actual match ticket on-site. In the event that the customer loses the ticket, the company reserves the right not to compensate or substitute a new ticket in any case.
3. Bitkub reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity without prior notice.
4. Bitkub reserves the right to deliver 1 unit of reward to 1 winner.
5. The reward from this activity cannot be changed to cash or other forms of reward, and the benefits from this activity cannot be transferred to other persons.
6. Participants are unable to sue or request compensation if any loss or damage occurs after receiving the reward, including other forms of problems that are out of the company’s control, or damage during the delivery.
7. Participants agree to allow the company to publish the name and picture of participants for advertisement and public relation purposes, including now and in the future.
8. Terms and Conditions of the company are final.
9. There are no fees of participation for this activity.
