การรับรอง ISO ตามมาตรฐานสากล
เมื่อวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2566 สถาบันรับรองมาตรฐานแห่งชาติของประเทศอังกฤษ (The British Standards Institution-BSI) ได้จัดพิธีมอบใบรับรองมาตรฐานสากลด้านการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ISO/IEC 27701 ให้แก่ บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด เป็นส่วนขยายจาก ISO/IEC 27001 มาตรฐานการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ได้ในครั้งนี้ได้รับการยอมรับทั่วโลก สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าบริษัทฯ มีระบบบริหารจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล

คะแนนความปลอดภัย (Security Score) ระดับ AAA
ต่อมาเมื่อวันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 เว็บไซต์ประเมินความปลอดภัยของผู้ให้บริการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลที่มีชื่อว่า Cer.live ได้รายงานผลการประเมินของ บิทคับ เอ็กซ์เชนจ์ ที่ได้รับคะแนนความปลอดภัย (Security Score) ระดับ AAA ซึ่งเป็นระดับสูงจาก Cer.live แพลตฟอร์มนี้ทำหน้าที่จัดอันดับและรับรองความปลอดภัยในโลกไซเบอร์โดยปัจจุบันได้มีแพลตฟอร์มซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลชั้นนำกว่า 290 แห่งถูกประเมินเป็นที่เรียบร้อย โดยปัจจุบัน ณ วันที่ 3 พฤษภาคม 2566 บิทคับ เอ็กซ์เชนจ์ ถูกจัดอันดับให้อยู่ใน Top 20 ของเอ็กซ์เชนจ์ทั่วโลกที่มีความปลอดภัยสูง
สำหรับคุณสมบัติที่ Cer.live ใช้วิเคราะห์เพื่อคำนวณคะแนนความปลอดภัยของแพลตฟอร์ม ได้แก่ ระดับความปลอดภัยของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Server security), ระดับความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้ (User security), การประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วยการทดสอบเจาะระบบ (Penetration tests), และโปรแกรมล่าบั๊ก (Bug Bounty) เป็นต้น ซึ่ง บิทคับ เอ็กซ์เชนจ์ ก็มีคุณสมบัติเหล่านี้ครบถ้วนจึงได้รับการประเมินให้มีความปลอดภัยในระดับ AAA นั่นเอง

5th Anniversary of Bitkub Exchange develops security according to international standards.
In 2023, Bitkub Exchange, Thailand’s leading digital asset exchange, enters its 5th year. The most important thing that Bitkub has emphasized and implemented throughout is upgrading security and protecting the personal information of users. This creates a new standard for the digital asset platform and also builds confidence and trust from essential customer groups. This year can be considered the year of security for Bitkub Exchange because the new standards have received high scores in security assessments, and there is a strong commitment to securely storing users’ assets. This proves that Bitkub is truly focusing on security.
Certification of ISO standards
On January 20th, 2023, the British Standards Institution (BSI), the national standardization body of the United Kingdom, presented the ISO/IEC 27701 certification for privacy information management to Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. as an extension of their ISO/IEC 27001 certification. This global recognition reflects that Bitkub has an efficient and internationally standardized system for managing personal data.
Bitkub Online’s Co-founder and CEO, Mr.Atthakrit Chimplapibul said “This ISO/IEC 27701 certification is a significant upgrade to our security measures for Bitkub customers. We remain committed to improving our products and services continuously.”
Bitkub’s Chief Security Officer, Mr. Attaphon Phayak, added, “The latest ISO certification that Bitkub has received provides recommendations on protecting personal data, managing personal data, and demonstrating compliance with data protection requirements.”

Security Score at AAA level
On February 3, 2023, Cer.live, a digital asset trading service provider, reported the results of the assessment by Bitcub Exchange, which received a Security Score at the AAA level. This is a high level for Cer.live, which ranks and certifies security in the cyber world. Currently, there are more than 290 leading digital asset trading platforms that have been assessed for security. As of May 3, 2023, Bitcub Exchange is ranked in the Top 20 of the world’s safest exchanges.
The features that Cer.live uses to analyze and calculate the security score of the platform include server security level, user security level, penetration tests, and bug bounty programs. Bitkub Exchange has all of these features, so it has been assessed for security at the AAA level.
