Campaign Prestige for You (2 Nov - 31 Dec 26)

Terms and Conditions of the Campaign

1. The Prestige for You campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).

2. Campaign period: 2 Nov - 31 Dec 2026

3. Campaign participants must:

   • Have a Bitkub Exchange account and have completed Level 1 identity verification or higher (KYC1)

   • Be a Diamond or Satoshi member of Bitkub Exchange during the Campaign period

   • Meet the cumulative trading volume requirement, as detailed below:

     • For Diamond: cumulative trading volume of THB 5,000,000 or more per month, from 2 November - 31 Dec 2026

     • For Satoshi: cumulative trading volume of THB 12,000,000 or more per month, from 2 November - 31 Dec 2026.

4. This Campaign counts trading on all trading pairs on Bitkub Exchange, both THB pairs and USDT pairs. For buying and selling via USDT pairs, the minimum buy and sell volume must be equivalent to the following:

   • For Diamond: THB 5,000,000 or 150,000 USDT or more (calculated at the value as of 14 Oct 2026, at approx. THB 33.55 per coin)

   • For Satoshi: THB 12,000,000 or 358,000 USDT or more (calculated at the value as of 14 Oct 2026, at approx. THB 33.55 per coin)

5. Rewards:

   • For Diamond: 1-year DIAMOND membership renewal and 300,000 THB of free trading ( Fee credit 750 THB)

   • For Satoshi: 1-year SATOSHI membership renewal and 400,000 THB of free trading ( Fee credit 1,000 THB)

6. For the top 10 traders by trading volume in each membership level, additional rewards are as follows:

   • 1 Tether Hoodie, valued at THB 899

   • 1 GQ Bitkub shirt, valued at THB 1,990

   • 1 Bullkub Stationery item, valued at THB 590

   • 1 Tether cap, valued at THB 390

   • 1 pair of Hedera socks, valued at THB 200

   All rewards are assorted in size and color and cannot be selected.

7. The right to receive one reward per Bitkub Exchange account only is reserved.

8. The Company will adjust the membership level of Campaign participants who meet all conditions within 30 days after the Campaign ends.

9. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards, and cannot be transferred to others.

10. The additional rewards for the top 10 traders by trading volume will be delivered within 60 days after the Campaign ends.

11. Campaign participants have no right to claim compensation or damages for goods or rewards if they are defective after receipt, or damaged or lost in transit, or for any other matter, whether civil or criminal.
