Campaign: Hold CC, Get CC Coin Worth Up to 1,000 THB*

Campaign period: 9 Nov – 24 Dec 2026

Campaign details: Simply hold CC coin of 850 CC or more continuously for 30 days within the campaign period (holding must begin no later than 24 Nov 2026, 11:59 PM) to receive CC coin worth up to 1,000 THB*, under the following reward conditions:

-Condition 1: Hold CC coin from 850 – 2,250 CC to receive CC coin worth 200 THB, limited to 350 participants

-Condition 2: Hold CC coin from 2,250 – 4,300 CC to receive CC coin worth 500 THB, limited to 300 participants

-Condition 3: Hold CC coin of 4,300 CC or more to receive CC coin worth 1,000 THB, limited to 100 participants

Terms and Conditions of the Activity

1. This activity, “Simply Hold CC, Get CC Coin Worth Up to 1,000 THB*” (the “Activity”), is organized by Bitkub Online Company Limited (the “Company”).

2. Simply hold CC coin of 850 CC or more continuously for 30 days within the activity period (holding must begin no later than 24 Nov 2026, 11:59 PM) to receive CC coin worth up to 1,000 THB*.

3. The activity runs from 9 Nov – 24 Dec 2026. Participants must register during the period from 9 November 2026 to 24 December 2026 only. Registration made before this period will not be considered valid registration under the terms of the activity.

4. Participants must:
   -Have a Bitkub Exchange account and have completed identity verification at Level 1 (KYC1) or higher.
   
   -Register to learn about and join the activity via the form at https://form.bitkub.com/hold-cc-get-cc-9nov26
   - Participants must register during the period from 9 November 2026 to 24 December 2026 only.
   
   -Simply hold CC coin of 850 CC or more continuously for 30 days within the activity period (holding must begin no later than 24 Nov 2026, 11:59 PM) to receive CC coin worth up to 1,000 THB*, with the following details:
   
   --Tier 1: Hold CC coin from 850 – 2,250 CC to receive CC coin worth 200 THB
   
   --Tier 2: Hold CC coin from 2,250 – 4,300 CC or more to receive CC coin worth 500 THB
   
   --Tier 3: Hold CC coin of 4,300 CC or more to receive CC coin worth 1,000 THB

5. Participants must study, understand, and complete basic cryptocurrency training via the link provided in the registration form.

6. The prize is CC coin, calculated based on the value of CC coin as of 22 Oct 2026, at an approximate price of 3.61 THB/coin, as follows:
   
   -For holding CC coin from 850 – 2,250 CC: receive 55.5 CC coins, worth approximately 200 THB, limited to 350 participants
   
   -For holding CC coin from 2,250 – 4,300 CC: receive 138.6 CC coins, worth approximately 500 THB, limited to 300 participants
   
   -For holding CC coin of 4,300 CC or more: receive 277.1 CC coins, worth approximately 1,000 THB, limited to 100 participants

7. The Company reserves the right to limit the prize to one (1) prize per one (1) Bitkub Exchange account only.

8. The Company will award prizes in order of form registration and will transfer the coins to winners who have correctly met the activity’s terms and conditions within 60 business days after the end of the activity period.

9. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, and cannot be transferred to another person.

10. In the event that a participant or prize recipient under this activity is found to (a) have the intent or behavior to use the prize for commercial purposes or in an improper manner, or (b) violate any condition of this activity, or (c) commit fraud, dishonesty, or any act in violation of the law, or (d) have any other reason that disqualifies the participant or prize recipient from claiming or using the prize, the Company reserves the right to disqualify such participant or prize recipient from receiving any prize under this activity, and/or to reclaim any prize already awarded, and/or to take any other action the Company deems appropriate, without prior notice.

11. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the activity, with 3 business days’ advance notice.
