Conditions for creating an Auto DCA plan
  1. The system will create a market buy order at the scheduled time of your Auto DCA plan, which is equivalent to the customer manually creating a market buy order by themselves.
  2. If a customer has insufficient funds on their account to create a buy order at the scheduled time, the buy order for that period will be unsuccessful. However, if there's any following order for the next period, the system will process it at the scheduled time.
  3. The company conducts a quarterly review of the crypto eligible for the Auto DCA to ensure they meet the criteria.
    The company will announce the list of crypto to be removed or added to the Auto DCA 2 weeks in advance.
    For example:
    • Review date: 31 March 2025
    • Notice of crypto removal or addition: 1 Apr 2025
    • Effective date: 15 April 2025
    Remark: Any notice of crypto removal or addition will apply only to the Auto DCA.
  4. Customers who have set up Auto DCA details with a crypto scheduled for removal will receive an email notification in advance, informing of the cancelation of their Auto DCA plan, as that crypto will no longer be available for making transactions under the Auto DCA from the effective date.
