Bitkub and Rapidz join forces — Rapidz users are now free to choose between cash or crypto

BITKUB และ RAPIDZ ลงนามความร่วมมือขยายฐาน Ecosystem รับชำระสินค้าและบริการด้วย cryptocurrency และให้บริการเลือกรับชำระเป็นเงินบาท

การลงนาม MOU ในครั้งนี้เกิดขึ้นในวันที่ 24 เมษายน 2562 ที ออฟฟิส แรพิดซ์ ประเทศไทย เมเจอร์รัชโยธินชั้น 3 โดยนาย สกลกรย์ สระกวี ประธานกรรมการ บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จํากัด และ นาย วิศรา โชคดีทวีอนันต์ ตำแหน่ง Managing Director บริษัท แรพิดซ์ ประเทศไทย จำกัด

ในประเทศไทยได้มีการร่วมมือกันระหว่าง RAPIDZ และ BITKUB โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้ที่มี cryptoasset ได้สามารถใช้จ่ายได้อย่างสะดวกสบายมากขึ้น

ก่อนหน้านี้ร้านค้าที่เข้าร่วมรับชำระสินค้าและบริการด้วย cryptocurrency กับทาง Rapidz นั้น ต้องแบกรับภาระเรื่องของต้นทุนและความผันผวนจากอัตราการแลกเปลี่ยน และเพื่อก่อให้เกิด Cryptos Ecosytem RAPIDZ กับ BITKUB จึงได้มีการร่วมมือกัน เพื่อสร้างระบบดังกล่าวให้เกิดขึ้นในเมืองไทย ภายใต้เงื่อนไขและบริการที่ได้ตกลงร่วมกัน

RAPIDZ

RAPIDZ ผู้ให้บริการกระเป๋าเงินดิจิตัลที่สามารถรับชำระซื้อขายสินค้าและบริการด้วย cryptocurrency ในสกุลเงินเช่น Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, และ Litecoin ผ่านทาง Application บนมือถือของผู้ใช้ และ Rapidz POS ที่ร้านค้าใช้เพื่อรับ Crypto สกุลต่างๆด้วยเทคโนโลยี Blockchain ที่มีความรวดเร็วและปลอดภัยสูง

และเมื่อไม่นานมานี้ ทาง Rapidz ในประเทศไต้หวัน ได้มีการจับมือกับทาง Bittoexchange เพื่อเป็นตัวกลางในการชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการโดยการเปลี่ยน cryptoasset ให้เป็นเงินดอลลาร์ไต้หวันให้กับร้านค้าที่เข้าร่วม

ก่อตั้งในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2561 Bitkub.com ได้รับใบอนุญาตให้ประกอบธุรกิจสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล ประเภทศูนย์ซื้อขายคริปโตเคอร์เรนซีและโทเคนดิจิทัล จากกระทรวงการคลัง ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 50 ล้านบาท เมื่อเดือนมกราคมที่ผ่านมา พร้อมให้บริการการลงทุนเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายคริปโตเคอร์เรนซีและสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลอื่น ๆ ที่มีคุณภาพ

Bitkub and Rapidz have signed an MOU on expanding blockchain ecosystem, creating more cryptocurrency transactions, and converting cryptocurrencies in to fiat (Thai Baht). The MOU was signed at Rapidz café in Major Ratchayothin on the 24th of April 2019 between Mr. Sakolkorn Sakavee, Chairman of Bitkub Capital Group Holdings and Chairman of Bitkub online and Dr. Wisara Chokedeetaweeanan, the Managing Director of Rapidz Thailand.

In Thailand, the collaboration between Bitkub and Rapidz aims to accommodate Rapidz’s merchants by eliminating risks of cryptocurrencies’ value fluctuation. Merchants find cryptocurrency transactions difficult as they can receive “loss” as value of cryptocurrencies decline. Moreover, receiving payment in cryptocurrencies can create accounting frustrations.

Rapidz

Rapidz is a decentralized payment system which allows users to pay with cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Rapidz and Litecoin. A successful transaction is formed after the user’s mobile application (APP) interacts with the Merchant’s Rapidz POS Machine.

In Taiwan where fiat currency is the only acceptable payment currency, Rapidz was able to successfully launch a partnership with bittoexchange (Fiat-cryptocurrency exchange) to seemlessly convert crypto assets to Taiwanese Dollars during the sale settlements.

Founded in February 2018, Bitkub is a new generation digital asset and cryptocurrency exchange platform that offers advanced cryptocurrency exchange services to individuals who intend to buy, sell, and store cryptocurrencies.
