เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด

1. กิจกรรม Bitkub x TRON Airdrop ฝากปั๊บรับ TRON (“กิจกรรม”) นี้ จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”)

2. กิจกรรมนี้ เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 กรกฎาคม 2565 ถึงวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2565 เวลา 23:59 น.

3. ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้จะต้องเป็นลูกค้าบิทคับบิทคับ ที่ยังไม่เคยฝากเงิน เข้ามาในระบบ โดยจะต้องฝากเงินครั้งแรกเข้ามาขั้นต่ำ 300 บาท และกรอกฟอร์ม https://forms.gle/fnCTVmHxTdAHKjH18 นี้เท่านั้น และทางบริษัทฯจะทำการแอร์ดรอปเหรียญ TRON ให้ไม่เกิน 60 วันทำการหลังสิ้นสุดกิจกรรม *จำกัดจำนวน 5,000 สิทธิ์ตลอดระยะเวลากิจกรรม

4. ผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องมีสถานะบัญชีเป็น KYC1 ขึ้นไป (ที่มีการยืนยันตัวตนเรียบร้อยแล้ว)

5. ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล คือผู้ที่ทำตามกติกาด้านบนถูกต้องอย่างครบถ้วน จำนวน 5,000 ท่านแรก

6. หากท่านตรงตามเงื่อนไขกิจกรรม ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันจากบิทคับ

7. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแจกของรางวัล 1 รางวัล ต่อ 1 ท่าน ต่อ 1 บัญชีบิทคับ

8. ทางบริษัทฯจะทำการโอนเหรียญไปยังกระเป๋าของผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ที่ทำตรงตามเงื่อนไขภายใน 60 วันทำการหลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลากิจกรรม 31 สิงหาคม 2565

9. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม จะต้องศึกษา ทำความเข้าใจ และผ่านการอบรมความรู้ เกี่ยวกับคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีเบื้องต้น จากลิงก์ที่แนบไว้ในแบบฟอร์ม

10. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

11. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหาย ของสินค้าหรือของรางวัลหากชำรุดเมื่อได้รับของรางวัลไปแล้ว หรือเกิดความเสียหายหรือสูญหายระหว่างขนส่ง หรือสิ่งใด ๆ ไม่ว่าทางแพ่ง หรือทางอาญา

12. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์อย่างเด็ดขาดในการพิมพ์และ/หรือเผยแพร่รายชื่อ รูปถ่าย ของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อการโฆษณา และประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกิจทั้งในปัจจุบันและ/หรือในอนาคต

13. กิจกรรมนี้อาจะมีการสิ้นสุดลงก่อนระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หากมีคำสั่งหรือหลักเกณฑ์จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ที่ทำให้กิจกรรมนี้ ไม่สามารถดำเนินการต่อไปได้

14. การตัดสินของบริษัทฯถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดโดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ

15. บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขกิจกรรมโดยไม่จําเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

1.This “First Deposit “Bitkub x TRON — Drop to Earn” (“activity”) is organized by Bitkub Online Co., Ltd (“company”).

2.The activity period starts from 21 July 2022 until 27 July 2022, at 23:59 (GMT+7).

3.Participants eligible for this activity must be Bitkub Exchange customers who have yet to deposit Thai baht or any digital assets to the exchange after being fully verified (KYC1). Eligible participants must deposit at least 300 Thai baht and fill out this form: https://forms.gle/fnCTVmHxTdAHKjH18 . After confirmation, the company will airdrop TRX to the customer’s wallet within 60 working days after the activity ending date. *The rewards are limited to the first eligible 5,000 customers throughout the activity.

4.Eligible participants must have a fully verified Bitkub account (KYC1)

5.Eligible participants must comply with the rules and regulations for the limited amount of reward for 5,000 participants.

6.A confirmation email will be sent to the eligible participants when rules and regulations are met.

7.The company reserves the right to reward 1 prize per 1 user, per 1 Bitkub account.

8.The company will transfer the TRX reward to the eligible winners’ wallet addresses within 60 business days after the end of the campaign period; 27 July, 2022.

9.The eligible participants are required to learn, understand and pass the knowledge training about cryptocurrency from the link provided by the company.

10.Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or other campaign rewards and the benefits from this activity cannot be transferred to other persons.
